Notice is hereby given that the Village of Pelham is soliciting proposals to acquire and develop Village-owned land (approximately 50,000 square feet, between 4th and 5th Ave. and between 3rd St. and Lincoln Ave.). Parcel fronts main shopping street and is suitable for mixed-use residential/commercial development.
